Randy Moss believes he deserves the top spot on the list of the greatest wide receivers in NFL history.

The Hall of Famer stated his case for being the GOAT receiver while appearing on "Cold As Balls" with Kevin Hart this week, saying he would even rank himself above Jerry Rice.

"Hands down, I consider myself as the greatest wide receiver to ever play the game," Moss said. "It wasn't a shot at Jerry. I still have respect and love for Jerry, but I just thought the way that I changed the game of football."

While Moss considers himself No. 1, he did rank Rice among his top four receivers of all time, along with Terrell Owens and Calvin Johnson.

Rice is a three-time Super Bowl champion who holds nearly all of the NFL's significant receiving records, including career receptions (1,549), receiving yards (22,895), and receiving touchdowns (197). He's the only receiver in NFL history to eclipse 20,000 career receiving yards.

Moss ranks second among receivers with 156 career receiving touchdowns and third with 15,292 receiving yards.
