The Tennessee Titans have placed wide receiver A.J. Brown on injured reserve, forcing him to miss at least three games.

The Titans now have their top three offensive skill players - Brown, Julio Jones, and Derrick Henry - on injured reserve.

Brown suffered the injury in Week 11 as Tennessee fell to the Houston Texans. He missed all three practices in Week 12, leading the Titans to rule him out against the New England Patriots on Friday.

A two-time 1,000-yard receiver, Brown leads Tennessee in receiving with 615 yards and three touchdowns. With Brown and Jones on the shelf, Chester Rogers and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine sit atop the wideout depth chart.

The Titans are the only AFC team with eight wins through 11 weeks, but a loss to the Patriots would drop them out of first place and potentially move New England into the top seed.

Tennessee previously signed veteran pass-catcher Golden Tate to the practice squad but didn't promote him to the main roster to face the Patriots.
