The Philadelphia Eagles and cornerback Avonte Maddox have agreed to a three-year extension through the 2024 season, the team announced Saturday.

The contract is worth $22.5 million and contains $13.3 million guaranteed, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Maddox is the fourth member of Philadelphia's five-player 2018 draft class to ink an extension since the season began.

Tight end Dallas Goedert signed a four-year extension reportedly worth $57 million Friday, joining offensive tackles Jordan Mailata and pass-rusher Josh Sweat in signing long-term deals.

Maddox has firmly cemented his place as the Eagles' slot cornerback this season, racking up 47 total tackles, one interception, and four pass defenses. The 25-year-old has also set career highs with four tackles for loss and two forced fumbles.
