Indianapolis Colts guard Quenton Nelson is believed to have suffered a high ankle sprain in Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Nelson's X-ray reportedly came back negative, and he'll undergo further tests to determine the timeline of his recovery.

The All-Pro was hurt in the second quarter of the Week 3 matchup. He was able to walk off the field but needed the cart to get to the locker room. Veteran Chris Reed replaced Nelson on the field.

The Colts' offensive line is already banged up, with right tackle Braden Smith out for a second straight game due to a foot injury.

Nelson - who has started 51 consecutive games to begin his career - underwent foot surgery during training camp but was able to return in time for the start of the season.
