Report: Buccaneers' Whitehead to play through torn labrum in Super Bowl LV

Tampa Bay Buccaneers safety Jordan Whitehead will play through a fully torn labrum in order to suit up for Super Bowl LV, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.
Whitehead injured his shoulder making a tackle during the NFC Championship Game against the Green Bay Packers. The extent of the ailment was not revealed. Along with the torn labrum, Whitehead suffered additional damage to his shoulder, Rapoport adds.
Whitehead was limited in practice Wednesday and Thursday, although he got in a full session Friday.
The strong safety started all 16 games this season, picking up two interceptions, two sacks, and a forced fumble.
