The Indianapolis Colts placed DeForest Buckner on the reserve/COVID-19 list on Wednesday after the defensive tackle tested positive for the virus, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.

Buckner will not play in Sunday's pivotal AFC South matchup against the Tennessee Titans as a result.

Indianapolis will now likely be down two starting defensive linemen in Week 12, with Denico Autry also being placed on the reserve list as a close contact.

Buckner has racked up 41 tackles, 2.5 sacks, one forced fumble, and a fumble recovery through 10 games in an impactful first year with the Colts.

Both teams currently sit tied atop the division with a 7-3 record. Frank Reich's squad earned a 34-17 win over the Titans in their last meeting, which came in Week 10.
