DeSean Jackson carted off late in win over Giants

Philadelphia Eagles receiver DeSean Jackson was carted to the locker room late in the team's win over the New York Giants with an apparent injury.
Jackson sustained the ailment after taking a big hit during a punt return. He couldn't put any weight on his right leg afterward.

Jackson was playing in his first game since Week 3 due to a hamstring strain. He finished the contest with three receptions for 34 yards.
