Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Leonard Fournette won't play in Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Chargers due to an ankle injury, per ESPN's Jenna Laine.

The Buccaneers also officially ruled out wide receiver Chris Godwin with a hamstring pull. He reportedly could also miss Week 5.

Tampa Bay's pass-catching group could be weakened further against L.A., as Scotty Miller is dealing with hip and groin issues.

Ronald Jones leads Tampa Bay's backfield, but LeSean McCoy and Ke'Shawn Vaughn should be in line for expanded roles with Fournette out.

Fournette's produced an up-and-down start to his Bucs career. He rushed for 22 total yards in Weeks 1 and 3 but racked up 103 yards and two touchdowns in Week 2.
