Seattle Seahawks star safety Jamal Adams suffered a groin injury during his team's 38-31 win over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday, according to ESPN's Brady Henderson.
Adams didn't return after exiting during the fourth quarter. Ryan Neal - who the team recently activated from the practice squad - replaced him on the field.
The veteran defensive back was part of a secondary that struggled to limit Dak Prescott and the Cowboys' array of receiving weapons. Prescott finished the game with 472 yards and three touchdowns against two interceptions.
Adams racked up two tackles, one defended pass, and one quarterback hit before exiting.
