The Las Vegas Raiders are under NFL investigation for allowing an unauthorized team employee to enter their locker room following Monday's win over the New Orleans Saints, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.

Under the NFL's COVID-19 protocols, only 40 employees per team are allowed to be in the locker room. Those employees must be either members of the coaching staff, training department, equipment staffers, general manager, one team security member, and one employee from the public relations or communications department.

The NFL is now attempting to determine if discipline is necessary after an employee reportedly evaded security checkpoints and entered the locker room.

The Raiders have already been heavily fined for not adhering to COVID-19 protocols. Head coach Jon Gruden was hit with a $100,000 fine for not wearing a face mask on the sidelines during Monday's game, and the Raiders drew a $250,000 fine for the violation.
