Rodgers: Packers 'flying under the radar' despite 13-3 finish in 2019

Aaron Rodgers is relishing the idea of the Green Bay Packers being underestimated.

The quarterback seemed bemused about his club not garnering much national attention despite finishing 13-3 and a win away from the Super Bowl last season.

"I think the beauty is there's a lot of conversation about other teams, whether it's Tom (Brady) and Tampa, or the teams that were really solid last year, New Orleans, San Francisco, Seattle, Philadelphia, Dallas with Mike (McCarthy) and what they've done to their roster," Rodgers said Wednesday, according to ESPN's Rob Demovsky.

"I like where we're at as far as kind of flying under the radar even though we went 13-3 last year," he added. "We've got a chance to prove what kind of team we are to start the season out on Sunday, and I look forward to that opportunity."

Those NFC clubs have dominated offseason headlines, but the Packers return much of the same roster that reached the NFC Championship Game last campaign.
