Jadeveon Clowney, the highest-profile free agent remaining, intends to sign with a team before the beginning of the 2020 season, he told NFL reporter Josina Anderson.
The edge rusher has been on the market since the middle of March, reportedly seeking offers in the neighborhood of $20 million annually. He's been linked to the Tennessee Titans, New York Jets, and Cleveland Browns, among others.
"I have not narrowed down a final team," he said. "I'm still open."
Clowney is coming off a three-sack season with the Seattle Seahawks but had 18.5 sacks over two previous seasons with the Houston Texans.
The 27-year-old has spent the bulk of his offseason rehabbing after core muscle surgery.
