Gurley, Matthews claim Rams owe them money
It appears Todd Gurley and Clay Matthews are still awaiting paychecks from the Los Angeles Rams.
Gurley, who was released by the Rams in March, tweeted Wednesday evening that the club was "past due" on money owed to him.

Matthews - who Los Angeles cut on the same day as Gurley - added that he was also owed money.

The Rams parted ways with Gurley two years into the star running back's $60-million extension that included $45 million guaranteed. The release was designated as a post-June 1 transaction, which allows the dead-money cap hit to be spread over two seasons.
Matthews was due to receive a $2-million roster bonus prior to his departure, but the veteran pass-rusher's deal, signed in 2019, had $2 million in offset language.
Los Angeles believes it is in full compliance regarding both players' contracts, a source told ESPN's Lindsey Thiry.
Gurley signed a one-year deal with the Atlanta Falcons as a free agent, while Matthews remains on the open market.
