Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Devin White, the fifth overall pick of the 2019 NFL Draft, suffered a knee injury in Thursday's contest versus the Carolina Panthers and won't return, the team announced.
White went down early in the first quarter and left the field under his own power. The 21-year-old collected two tackles before exiting.
Hailed as a do-it-all linebacker coming out of college, the LSU product notched six tackles in his NFL debut against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 1.
