The Arizona Cardinals aren't close to trading quarterback Josh Rosen, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

"They do not have a trade. They do not have anything close to a trade," Schefter said Thursday on WEEI's "Mut & Callahan," via NBC Sports' Darren Hartwell. "The only two teams that they've spoken to over the last few weeks, the last month, have been the Miami Dolphins and the New York Giants."

It's been widely believed the Cardinals will draft Kyler Murray first overall, leading to speculation Rosen could be traded.

Murray, Nick Bosa, and Quinnen Williams sit atop Arizona's draft board, and sources told NFL.com's Michael Silver that a surprise could be coming with the top pick.

The Cardinals drafted Rosen with the No. 10 pick in 2018.
