The 40-year-old took the Bears to the playoffs for the first time in eight years during his debut season as a head coach. He inherited a roster that was coming off a five-win campaign under John Fox.

The former Kansas City Chiefs assistant turned Chicago's stagnant offense into one of the league's most dynamic this season while helping second-year quarterback Mitchell Trubisky take a major step in his development.
