The young girl who penned a supportive letter to Alshon Jeffery got a big surprise Thursday when the Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver showed up to her classroom.
Second-grader Abigail Johnson wrote the letter following the Eagles' loss to the New Orleans Saints in their NFC divisional-round game, urging Jeffery not to give up on football after dropping a crucial pass late in the contest.

Johnson and her classmates thought Jeffery would be contacting them on FaceTime but he surprised them in person instead:
