Arizona Cardinals cornerback Patrick Peterson is among the players the team is willing to trade before the league's deadline, sources told Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports.

Peterson has spent his entire career with the Cardinals, earning seven consecutive Pro Bowl selections.

Arizona has slumped to a 1-4 start and could trade Peterson to accelerate a potential rebuilding effort.

The 28-year-old corner is under contract through the 2020 season. He's owed $11 million in base salary for the 2019 campaign and is scheduled to earn just over $12 million in base salary in 2020.

Cardinals safety/linebacker Deone Bucannon and linebacker Haason Reddick are also reportedly among the players the team is willing to move.
