Miami Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill's availability for Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears is "up in the air right now," a source informed ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Tannehill practiced Wednesday and Thursday, but was surprisingly downgraded to limited participation on Friday. The quarterback's shoulder has reportedly bothered him since Miami's Week 4 loss to the New England Patriots.

NFL Network reporter Stacey Dales spoke briefly with Dolphins head coach Adam Gase on Sunday morning, but he had little to share.

If Tannehill is unable to go, Brock Osweiler figures to get the start against the league's second-ranked defense.
