Milton, Ga., police released an incident log Thursday that details the invasion of a home owned by LeSean McCoy earlier this week.

The log states the caller told police officers she thinks McCoy may have "set her up," and that her neighbors have cameras outside the house.

The victim, Delicia Cordon, noted that her son's window was left open with a sheet tied "like some(one) went out from the second floor."

The log states jewelry was taken and that Cordon was "beat in the head and locked in the bathroom." A possible suspect is described as a black male of unknown age wearing all black with a black mask.

The official 911 call from Cordon can be heard below.

The police also released reports detailing three occasions when they were called to McCoy's house. None of these previous events involved physical violence, but one report from last July states McCoy told police he was "very concerned that Cordon may try to either take things or make false accusations about him."
