The Arizona Cardinals signed quarterback Josh Rosen to a four-year, $17.84-million contract Thursday, the team confirmed.

Arizona traded up to select Rosen 10th overall in the 2018 NFL Draft.

"It's been a long couple of months,” Rosen said. "Finally, we get to get back to some actual football."

Rosen entered UCLA as a prodigious recruit and met the hype, earning second-team All-Pac 12 honors during his final season.

The quarterback is expected to compete for the starting job against Sam Bradford and Mike Glennon.
