The New York Jets have acquired defensive tackle Henry Anderson from the Indianapolis Colts for a 2018 7th-round pick (235th overall), the Colts announced Saturday.
Anderson lacked a defined role on the Colts' defensive line, with the team moving to a 4-3 scheme for the upcoming season.
An upper-tier run defender who has yet to reach his potential after three injury-plagued seasons, Anderson will likely push to start alongside Steve McLendon and Leonard Williams.
