Joe Thomas' diet is going to look a lot different now he's retired from the NFL.

The former Cleveland Browns left tackle revealed Thursday on Twitter that he would consume 4,200 calories daily in order to maintain his weight - and that was just on inactive days.

His go-to calorie bomb? Whole milk and Girl Scout cookies.

He also offered up some tips for football players looking to pack on the pounds.

Thomas said he played as heavy as 325 pounds and as light as 295. He's currently at 280 pounds and is looking to drop more weight.
