He almost had it.

The New England Patriots went with a trick play in the second quarter of the Super Bowl, one that resulted in Tom Brady finding himself on the receiving end of a Danny Amendola pass.

Brady was wide-open, but he couldn't quite make the catch.

Twitter wasn't too kind to Brady's attempt at moonlighting as a wide receiver.
