New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is giving fans an extensive look into his personal life in a new documentary series set to air on Facebook Watch later this month.
The first trailer for the six-part series, titled "Tom vs. Time," was released Monday.
Filmmaker Gotham Chopra was "granted sweeping access to Brady in an array of intimate settings that the inscrutable signal-caller would normally be loath to allow," according to Mark Leibovich of the New York Times. That includes footage of Brady at home with his family, a trip he took to Montana with teammates Julian Edelman and Danny Amendola, and his summer tour of China.
"We thought it would be fun to record what an offseason of training looks like for a 40-year-old athlete," Brady wrote in an email to Leibovich.
