Teddy Bridgewater's return to the field will have to wait at least a little longer.
The Minnesota Vikings will continue to start Case Keenum at quarterback this week against the Los Angeles Rams, the team announced Wednesday. Minnesota has won five straight games and sits atop the NFC North at 7-2, so it's not surprising head coach Mike Zimmer is sticking with the same formula.
The 29-year-old Keenum has thrown for nearly 2,000 yards this season along with 11 touchdowns to just five interceptions.
Bridgewater was active last week for the first time since 2015 after recovering from a devastating knee injury, but didn't enter the game.
