Green Bay Packers cornerback Damarious Randall was benched after giving up a touchdown just before halftime in Thursday's game against the Chicago Bears. By the end of the game, he was nowhere to be seen.
Randall was sent to the locker room after getting into an argument with a coach and left the stadium soon after, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports, citing sources. Rapoport adds that there are differing accounts as to when Randall left the stadium, however.
"That's actually an internal matter that we'll keep internal," head coach Mike McCarthy said after the game, according to Michael Cohen of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. "We'll work through that."
Randall returned to the team facility Friday and cleared the air with McCarthy, Rapoport added.
