Seattle Seahawks running back Thomas Rawls won't play Sunday against the Green Bay Packers due to an ankle injury, the team announced.
Rawls practiced all week but was deemed questionable with the ailment heading into Sunday.
The 24-year-old received only two carries in the team's opening exhibition contest and didn't receive a touch for the rest of the preseason.
Rawls' absence will open the door for Eddie Lacy and C.J. Prosise to receive additional carries against the Packers.
