The Arizona Cardinals re-signed running back Chris Johnson to a one-year deal Thursday.
Terms of the contract were not disclosed by the Cardinals.
Johnson played sparingly last season, rushing for 95 yards and a touchdown in four games. The veteran running back will serve as David Johnson's backup.
During the summer, Chris will compete against T.J. Logan for his place on the depth chart.
