Report: Bell to report to Steelers before regular season starts

Training-camp holdout Le'Veon Bell will report to the Pittsburgh Steelers before the start of the regular season, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter, though there's no exact date for Bell's return to team activities.
The running back has not yet signed his one-year franchise tender, worth a fully guaranteed $12.2 million. As an unsigned player, Bell isn't subject to any team fines for missing camp, but would be fined weekly once the season begins.
Should Bell concede and accept the one-year tender, he'd be the NFL's highest-paid running back on an annual basis. Under the CBA, he can't negotiate a new, long-term deal with the Steelers until after this season.
