Hue Jackson: We're doing everything we can to find a quarterback
The Cleveland Browns currently have three quarterbacks on their roster, and while they'll continue to work with what they have in-house, the team has its eyes on the open market.
Head coach Hue Jackson said at the scouting combine on Thursday that the Browns will continue to work with current quarterbacks Robert Griffin III, Cody Kessler, and Kevin Hogan, but conceded that the Browns' future franchise quarterback may still be out there.
"No one's really claimed that position on our football team," Jackson said. "We'll continue to chase that."
The Browns own the first and 12th overall pick in the upcoming NFL draft and will likely select a quarterback with one of those picks. Cleveland may also mine the free-agent market for the right player.
"We're going to do everything we can to go find a quarterback for the Cleveland Browns," Jackson said.
