Shortly after the Atlanta Falcons' heartbreaking Super Bowl LI loss, students at Georgia Southern received an email from their professor letting them know there would be no class Monday.
Tyson Davis, who's listed as a multimedia film and production instructor on the school's website, explained in his email that he was in "mourning" and didn't want to talk about the Falcons.

Davis wasn't the only person in Georgia wanting to stay home Monday. Several students at Greater Atlanta Christian School blamed their tardiness on the Falcons' loss.
