Report: Beckham, Cruz won't be fined for 9/11 cleats

Despite violating the NFL's stingy uniform code, New York Giants receivers Odell Beckham Jr. and Victor Cruz won't be fined for wearing 9/11-themed cleats on Sunday, reports NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Tennessee Titans linebacker Avery Williamson reportedly also won't be fined for wearing his own patriotic cleats.
Both Beckham and Cruz expected to deal with some repercussions, but the threat didn't deter them.
"I haven't heard from (the league)," Beckham told ESPN's Jordan Raanan on Wednesday afternoon. "They'll probably fine me. They fine me for everything. They fine me for smiling."
"It's for a good cause," said Cruz.
