Arizona Cardinals safety Tyrann Mathieu is expected to open training camp on the PUP list, but he's getting closer to reaching top form in his return from a second ACL surgery.

Mathieu is just seven months out from suffering the knee injury, so his progress seems to be just ahead of schedule.
