An arrest warrant has been issued for Los Angeles Rams running back Tre Mason after he missed arraignment Monday in his reckless driving case, Nick Wagoner of ESPN reports.
A representative for Florida's Broward County Courts confirmed to TMZ Sports that a judge issued a warrant for Mason's arrest and that his bond will be set at $1,500 once he's taken into custody.
Mason was arrested March 5 and charged with resisting arrest, possession of marijuana, reckless driving, and failure to register a motor vehicle. He was pulled over after police spotted him driving more than twice the speed limit in a 35-mph zone, and had to be subdued with a taser when he refused to cooperate with the arresting officers, according to a police report.
The 22-year-old appeared in 13 games for the Rams last season, rushing for 207 yards and a touchdown on 75 carries.
