Sheamus cashes in MITB, defeats Reigns to become WWE champion at 'Survivor Series'
Roman Reigns barely had an opportunity to soak in his WWE World Heavyweight Championship win over Dean Ambrose at "Survivor Series."
"The Celtic Warrior" Sheamus cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase shortly after Reigns' big victory to snatch the title away from the former Shield enforcer.

Reigns defeated United States Champion Alberto Del Rio in a semifinal matchup earlier in the night, while Ambrose overcame a strong performance by Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens to advance.
When the Shield "brothers" squared off for the title in the finals of the championship tournament, Reigns emerged with his first WWE World Heavyweight Championship victory after spearing "The Lunatic Fringe" for a second time.

WWE COO Triple H headed to the ring as confetti doused the squared circle to celebrate Reigns' accomplishment. "The Cerebral Assassin" raised Reigns' arm and offered to shake his hand, but after taking a look at his newly won title, the Samoan superstar turned around and speared Triple H to the delight of the WWE Universe at Philips Arena.
Suddenly, the 30-year-old Reign was met with a brogue kick to the face by Sheamus, who handed over his Money in the Bank briefcase to referee Charles Robinson to indicate his intention to cash in on his guaranteed championship match.
Reigns kicked out of the first boot to the face, with a second keeping his shoulders down to the mat for a 3 count.
