Here are the top sleeper picks on Week 11's NFL DFS slate:

QB Case Keenum, Rams (at Ravens)
Week 11 is likely a week to go big at QB, but that doesn't mean a bargain can't be found. Keenum certainly has the long shot set up. Can he be any worse than erstwhile starter Nick Foles?
He won't be elite, but that's beside the point. He's among the cheapest QBs and he's playing against one of the weakest pass defenses. They mostly stifled Blake Bortles and the Jags in Week 10, but they allowed a massive 326 passing yards to Colin Kaepernick, extending his rope as the 49ers' starter.
Don't expect an amazing game, but Keenum could return excellent value at his price. Case closed.

RB Jay Ajayi, Dolphins (vs. Cowboys)
If you want a near minimum salary running back with upside and low ownership, Ajayi is your man. He's only played two weeks after missing the first eight with a rib injury. His usage has been limited, but he's averaging more than eight yards a carry. He can't keep that up, but he could take some pressure of Lamar Miller.
There is rumbling that he could see more touches against Dallas on Sunday. If that spike happens in the red zone, he will be an extreme bargain. His price is poised to only go up, so this is the week to nab him on the sly. Plus, the Cowboys aren't scaring anyone and get steamrolled by opposing RBs.

WR Cecil Shorts III, Texans (vs. Jets)
After missing close to a month, Shorts returned in Week 10. The bad news was he only raked in 16 receiving yards. On the other hand, he was targeted seven times, so it looks like the Texans want him to be an active participant who can get open when DeAndre Hopkins is otherwise covered.
His price is really low, too. You'll look like a genius if he hits it big and you won't have wasted capital if he doesn't. Pick him up in a GPP.

TE Coby Fleener, Colts (at Falcons)
Coming off the bye, Fleener may be Indy's forgotten son in DFS. He comes cheap. Who has led the Colts in targets over their last two games? Fleener. He shouldn't be, what with T.Y. Hilton, Donte Moncrief and Andre Johnson on the roster, but it's reasonable to assume he's not going to disappear.
In Matt Hasselbeck's first game with the Colts, he hooked up with Fleener on nine passes for 83 yards and a touchdown. Granted, he only caught two receptions the following week, so he's not a sure thing.
