Philadelphia Flyers goaltender Michal Neuvirth left Wednesday's game against the Boston Bruins following the first period after suffering an undisclosed injury.

Neuvirth allowed two goals on 12 shots in 20 minutes of work.

Goaltender Steve Mason started the second period in relief of Neuvirth, who was not seen on the bench to start the frame.
