Cleveland Browns QB Johnny Manziel and WR Travis Benjamin represented Week 2's best value combo play, by eclipsing 50 combined fantasy points. Entering Week 3 against the Oakland Raiders, Manziel will move back to the bench and be forced to watch QB Josh McCown along with the rest of us.
DO NOT USE McCOWN AND BENJAMIN IN WEEK 3.
Here are the safest combinations with the highest upside for Week 3, but be prepared for a hefty investment:
Best Bets:
The following quarterback/pass-catcher combinations can offer owners slightly more cap relief, while offering the upside and uniquity necessary to win a large guaranteed prize pool tournament:

Aaron Rodgers and James Jones, Packers (vs. Chiefs)
Following a two-touchdown performance in Week 1, Jones was viewed as valuable solely because Rodgers liked throwing to him. After making Seattle Seahawks CB Richard Sherman look foolish while grabbing his third touchdown of the season, Jones looked like a legitimate receiving threat.
The Chiefs secondary has been scorched in back-to-back weeks. With WRs Randall Cobb and Davante Adams at less than full health, Jones is a quality play until his price skyrockets - or until Rodgers starts using his other receivers near the end zone.

Peyton Manning and Demaryius Thomas/Emmanuel Sanders, Broncos (at Lions)
With Manning returning to the form of a capable NFL quarterback in Week 2's win over the Kansas City Chiefs, Thomas and Sanders combined for 203 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
The Broncos will face a Detroit Lions defense that has looked completely inept through two weeks, including 15 receptions and 166 receiving yards surrendered to San Diego Chargers WR Keenan Allen in Week 1.
It's a strategy that comes with considerable risk, but stacking all three Broncos will offer tremendous upside in Week 3.

Andy Dalton and A.J. Green, Bengals (at Ravens)
While A.J. Green has disappointed through the first two of weeks of the 2015 season with just 12 targets, eight receptions, 108 yards and one touchdown, there is reason to believe that will change in Week 3.
That reason: the Baltimore Ravens pass defense.
The Ravens' defense allowed Oakland Raiders QB Derek Carr to produce two 100-yard receivers in Week 2, as Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree had 109 and 111 yards, respectively, while each caught a touchdown.
As long as QB Andy Dalton can maintain his strong start to the season, Green should have his breakthrough performance.
Others to Consider:
- Blake Bortles and Allen Robinson, Jaguars (at Patriots)
- Ryan Mallett and DeAndre Hopkins, Texans (vs. Buccaneers)
- Philip Rivers and Keenan Allen, Chargers (at Vikings)
- Joe Flacco and Crockett Gillmore, Ravens (vs. Bengals)
