Jimenez's contract was acquired by the LG Twins of Korea's KBO, Pete Abraham of the Boston Globe reports.
Analysis:Jimenez appeared in 16 games this season for the Brewers and Red Sox, going 1-for-16 with six strikeouts and a walk. He also struggled for Triple-A Pawtucket, hitting .140 in 14 games. The LG Twins are in search of their first title since 1994.
