Campbell (undisclosed) was carted off the field during the third quarter of Sunday's game against the Vikings, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.
Analysis:Sunday's game was delayed for several minutes while Campbell was carted off the field on a backboard after a heavy collision. He's unlikely to return to Sunday's contest, so Jimmy Rolder and Amen Ogbongbemiga are in line for more defensive snaps the rest of the way.
