Fugitt (undisclosed) is unavailable for Saturday's game at Georgia Southern, per the Sun Belt availability report.
Analysis:Fugitt has been one of the 2026 season's best tight ends, so him out for Week 9 is a big deal, especially for Appalachian State. The senior is up to 27 receptions for 257 yards (9.5 averaged per catch) and one touchdown this year. Fugitt's next chance to play comes Nov. 7 against Georgia State.
