Kelly (hand) is available for Friday's game against Ottawa.
Analysis:Kelly's availability is encouraging for the Argonauts, as the quarterback appears to have moved past any immediate concerns regarding his right hand. His presence gives Toronto a huge boost under center, as he's expected to start and lead the offense. Kelly has 5,067 passing yards, 36 total touchdowns and 24 interceptions this season.
