The Texans designated To'oTo'o (shoulder) for return from injured reserve Wednesday.
Analysis:The linebacker was a limited participant in his return to practice Wednesday, after a shoulder injury had kept him out for the Texans' previous four games. Houston will have 21 days to activate To'oTo'o from injured reserve, but he could be a candidate to return to the 53-man roster for this Sunday's game against the Jaguars in London if he's able to upgrade to full practice participation by the end of the week.
