Dickey (ankle) is out for Texas Tech's upcoming game Saturday against Arizona State and subsequent matchup Oct. 24 at Cincinnati, Pete Nakos of On3 reports.
Analysis:Most recently, Dickey logged four rushing attempts at Colorado. Unfortunately for him, his fourth carry resulted in a sprained ankle still requiring weeks to heal. Dickey out multiple of them indicates that the earliest he can play again is Oct. 31 against Arizona. After his sprain, considering Texas Tech's team potentially needs to rely on running backs, J'Koby Williams and Quinten Joyner subsequently recorded double-digit carries at Colorado.
