Farrar is expected to start in Thursday's game at Texas State, Pete Thamel of ESPN reports.
Analysis:The last time Colorado State played, Farrar started and threw 17 passes for 178 yards and one touchdown. He also logged a rushing TD, meaning his Week 5 stat line included multiple touchdowns and zero turnovers. Farrar will attempt to continue the positive momentum Thursday, after Colorado State's bye week, which looks like it was not enough for Hauss Hejny (hamstring) to fully recover before the Rams play Texas State.
