Clowney is not in the starting lineup for Monday's preseason game against Washington.
Analysis:Clowney will retreat to the bench after finishing with 11 points (3-4 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 3-4 FT) across 20 minutes as a starter Thursday against Philadelphia. The young forward will cede his starting role to Michael Porter, who missed the previous contest due to wrist soreness.
