The Panthers will open the 21-day practice window for Moton (illness) during Week 6 prep, Steve Reed of the Associated Press reports.
Analysis:Moton opened the regular season on the reserve/non-football illness list due to blood clots in his lung, which he was diagnosed with prior to the start of training camp in late July. Once he's designated to return, Moton will have 21 days to be activated from the NFI list or else be forced to sit out for the entire 2026 season.
