Simmons completed 14 of 28 passes for 147 yards, one touchdown and one interception during Saturday's 27-6 win over Texas A&M. He also had four rushes for 24 yards.
Analysis:Simmons took a backseat to Missouri's dominant rushing attack while completing just 50 percent of his passes. The senior quarterback connected with wide receiver Cayden Lee for a 32-yard touchdown in the second quarter but otherwise struggled to generate consistent production through the air. He will work to bounce back during next week's meeting with Ole Miss.
