Williams (foot) is active for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.
Analysis:Williams was spotted wearing a walking boot and didn't practice Wednesday. He logged limited practice sessions Thursday and Friday but still couldn't avoid a questionable designation. However, Williams has since been cleared for action after amassing a season-high six total tackles in the 32-26 loss to Carolina in Week 4.
